Assalamu'alaikum and good morning, meet again on my blog as usual i will tell you what i doing today.at 7.45 i arrived campus and wait for other friends and supervisor behind the kitchen.at 08.00 we are oneline in the main kitchen and absence one by one and our equipment is check and our goods are store in lockers.after that we are give directives or material by the supervisor and after that we immediately or resume our prepare yesterday.
At 11.43 the restaurant open and our group menu Appetaizer (Macedoine of Vegetable Mayonnaise) come to the restaurant of 32 packs and the restaurant closes at 13.35.and after that we immediately order the oneline again by chef Dino because he wanted to give us directions about the arrangement that is in the chiller.
After that we immediately general cleaning (GC) and finish at 16.00 through and after that we take a break and enjoy our dinner that is all the menus we make today.and after that at 18.00 we are oneline again and give directions by Mr.Jaya and after that we pray and go home.
