Today we begin by discussing what we will do in our final later on Thursday, so before that we have got a menu that
we will make it. Here, me and my two friends got a menu cake pretty sweet and fried ice cream. Here we make some pretty sweet cakes for coffee breaks at the campus rector.

In this final we held a food festival event where we could introduce to the public about modern regional food local in the Makassar area it self.

Today we start preparing and making our menus for our finals tomorrow at hall.on this day our beautiful sweet cake is finish we made and we save and tomorrow we will warm it up again and for fried ice cream also prepared everything so tomorrow we just have to fry it.

Today is our final day so starting in the morning we have prepared all our menus and we start to setup it in the hall and the event start at 10:00 to 14:00. before we get ready in our section we are given some direction by Mr. lcal and after that we went straight to the hall and prepared for our opening ceremony. Our program today Alhamdulillah went according to what we wanted and everyone was satisfied with our hard work today.

On this fourth day i still dry my crackers until they are completely dry and when i finish my midday prayer i try some crackers for frying and the results are better than last week.

After that i fried some more and show it to Mr. Ical and he also taste it and the results were pretty good Mr. Ical gave me directions and entered about crackers including trying one ingredient for making crackers.

On this day i continue to prepare yesterday to dry the bone and today i dry it with an oven because the weather is cloudy today. after drying, i then continued the process of making flour and after it was finish, i then made my product which is crackers from chicken bone flour.

Here i use 2 recipes to make these crackers, one of them is recipe the last week that i used.after crackers so i then terrible and here i need time for 16-18  hour to dry it in the sun so tomorrow I have to dry it again.

On this week we are trying again about our research but here we are also discussing our final practice  we will do it. Today is the same as the week before i did the process of making flour from chicken bones last
make my product using the flour. Here i just arrived at the bone drying stage and that too the bone is not too dry and tomorrow i will dry it again and in this process the same as the week making process yesterday.
