welcome to my blog,today i am back will tell about everything i do today in the kitchen after 1 month longer not tell story because eid holiday yesterday as well a holiday for new student in my campus (makassar tourism polytechnic). this week i and my friend enter the 5th semester and this week,the first week and the first day i and my friend to enter the kitchen to practice.
to day not much has change stell the same before ther only a few parts on the kitchen which has been renovations as tile in the kitchen entrance which is replace and the steawerd give a kind ladder. before enterin yhe kitchen we were to clean in the kitchen area and after clean,we also devide 3 gruops by Mr.ical order and i enter in group 1 get a america latin menu and group 2 give a korean menu and group 3 make croissant.

after everyting was clear we oneline again and chef dino give a few derection about the menu we will make and the menu is made fast food. after everything is clear we immediately prepare material for the menu we will make. in here i and my group are talking about who will handle menu and i am entrusted to handle soup and my friend helped me and i just finish making shrimp stock.
to prepare the other menus done by my group and we help each other.after all the prepare finished, we then general cleaning (GC) and after that we break and oneline then went home.
