Assalamu'alaikum and good Morning,Welcome to my blog,in here i Will telling about anything which i did today in the kitchen.Today Is the day i enter the kitchen for do my activity that is practice. At 06.50 i arrived in campus and waiting for onether friend behind the kitchen and also waiting supervisor. After everything complete at 08.00 we oneline and us ordinary we in the absence one by one and our equipment was checked.and afrer everything Is done we store bag in locker and equipment we also save and we also oneline in mankitchen and one by one introduce ourselves in to the supervisor as well otherwise.after that we were given the material by chef Dino and chef Dino Share one recipe dor we crate.
At 09.40 we directly prepare for make danish.
The Ingredients are :
-Hard Flour
-Sugar
-salt
-Water
-Croissant Fat
-egg
-Raisin
-milk
-yeast
After all the ingredient we prepare,we directly mix the ingredient into Dough.
After all mixed well,Dough we directly rolling and we directly fold the Dough with way single and double and put in freezer in three stages we directly rolling or modelling the Dough and we give him stuffing that is custard cream and ingredient is: egg yolk,Fresh milk,Flour(all purpose) and Sugar and given also cinamont powder and flam Sugar as the stuffing and bisides filled with that,there are also filled with custard cream and Raisin.
And after filled stuffing we directly modelling and Cut the result as below this and than we save it in the freezer for tomorrow in bake.
after everything finish we directly oneline more and Chef Dino tell us about everything that we will do or prepare for tomorrow and tomorrow my group Will make poach egg.after everything notified what we will make for tomorrow then Chef Dino back to office and replaced by sir Jaya,sir jaya tell information about the task KPA from mem Lily.after everything finish we directly given a break at 15.35 for do ISOMA ( Break,Pray,Eat) and after that we directly do GC ( general cleaning ) until at 18.00 and at 18.30 we one line more for return.
