Assalamu'alaikum and good morning, meet again in my blog, here i will again tell you what i will do in this day and this week i entered in the material rotation menu. at 07:45 I arrived in campus and directly to the back of the kitchen waiting for friends another friend .. after that at 08.30 we immediately oneline by ordered by the supervisor and as usual if you want to go to the kitchen we must be absent in the past and our equipment was checked one by one in accordance with the sequence in absent.
After everything is finished we keep the goods in our locker and equipment we save then we are absent again in book loker.after all that i was ordered by pak jaya to buy cigarettes as much as 3 packs and after we finished praying according to religion and belief respectively.at 08.55 we were given directions or materials by chef dino to prepare for tomorrow and my group got maincourse menu are: Beef stew, zucchini ala provencale and baked potatoes but for zucchini ala provencale we prepare for tomorrow.
At 09.55 giving the material by chef dino finished and continued by the supervisor.and at 10:05 we immediately prepare and do after all finished in our prepare in order oneline again at 16.30 for the giving of material or direction for tomorok.pada at 17.17 we directly ordered for general cleaning (GC) and at 18.30 we have finished general cleaning (GC) and take a break for a while.and at 18:45 we are oneline again to go home but before going home we pray again and after pray we go home.
And this is what me and my group prepare today:
Prepare baked potatoes.
Prepare brown stock for beef stew
