Today, the same as always we are absent one by one and today our sourdough check by mr.ical and my sourdough failed but there are some another friend sourdough succeed. after that we oneline at the pastry and in here mr.ical practic how to make sourbread and croissant using sourdough. after mr.ical show how to make the dough, we then also made the dough and here devided groups, 1 group consists of 3 people and me 1 group together with yusria and wafrah. and after that we prepare the ingredients to make the dough.
