Today,we enter the 4th day practice where we enter at 08.00,in here my group work croissant like the other 2 group and when we just start to make turns the croissant fat is gone so yusria ask to mr.ical if we can use butter and mr.ical said yes.
When we star making the dough turns happen miscommunication,turns we can not use the butter.so we do not make croissant and the dough we made just now was made burger bun for sale tomorrow.after that we make food for the office and for us and after midday prayer we eat the food we make and after that we take a short break.
After that we general cleaning and after finish we rest again and asr prayer while waiting the floor to dry and after that we oneline and give a little direction by ma'am suri and we prayed to go home.
