Assalamu'alaikum meet again on my blog.usual i will tell you about what i doing today (Monday, April 9, 2018).at 07.30 i arrived at college and went straight to the back of the kitchen to wait for my other friends and supervisors.when everything is complete at 08.00 we are online and in the absence of one by one and our equipment is check. after that we are oneline again in the main kitchen and after that me and yudis out to photocopy recipe for today and buy gallon water. After return we were instantly on review by senior.
After that Mr. Ical gave us the material and directions and after resumed by chef Dino about what we will make today. Today we enter the rotation menu 2.4 and my group got the soup menu (Miso soup) and the other group got the menu okonomiyaki, sushi and dorayaki.And at 10.00 we immediately prepare.Dan for the menu that we made today prepare crab stick and for other materials we prepare for tomorrow. After finish i immediately help other group for prepare..
And after all prepare we finish the general cleaning (GC). After finish at 14.30 we take a break and at 15.00 we went into the classroom in the kitchen and we were on the film by chef Dino about the chef who chased the 3 star and finally he succees and the film also shows how to work in the kitchen. and after the movie is over we went straight oneline again and chef Dino show us how to cut the octopus and after that at 17.30 past our oneline and pray and went home.
And here prepare our group today and this material we thawing then we enter into chiller.And prepare another group..
