Meet again on my blog, as usual i will tell you about what i do today.At 06.55 i arrived at the campus and went straight to the kitchen to wait for other friend and supervisor.and at 08.00 we are oneline and absent one by one and our equipment was check after everything was on our oneline absent at the main kitchen and pray.after that the supervisor gave us directions about the grooming problem and the menu we will make today is the rotation menu 2.2 Thai Food, which consists of,Thai Beef Salad (Appetizer) , Tom Yam Goong (Soup), Gai Tod Takrai, Yam Makeua Yo, Khau Plao (maincorse), Khao Neow Ma Muany (Dessert).After that we immediately continue to prepare our yesterday and immediately doing.
At 09.30 past chef Dino come and we were told to go oneline again and give us directions or materials about the menu today and after that we immediately continue our doing and my group menu today is dessert.At 12.00 through the restaurant open and all the menu are out to the restaurant as much as 40 packs and at 14.00 the restaurant close and we direct general cleaning (GC). after that we take a break and wait for another friend to mop the floor. after that we immediately eat together all the menus that do not go out to restaurant.and after that we rest again and at 16.30 through We oneline and pray to go home.
And this is the preparation and the results of our product today.
