Meet again on my blog usual i will tell you about what i doing today.at 07.47 i arrived at the campus and directly to the back of the kitchen to wait for other friend and supervisor.after everything is complete,at 08.00 we were oneline and absent one by one and as usual our equipment was check.after everything was in absent we kept our in the locker and we are oneline again to pray. after finish the supervisor telling each group to explain what each group will make,after we finish prepare.this day me and my group friend continue to prepare yesterday.
After that we are oneline again and chef Dino give us directions or material about what we will make today and tomorrow and chef Dino show how to cut salmon. after we finish then continue our prepare and after prepare we all finish every group went into office and restaurant to explain the menu that is made while waiting for restaurant open we prepare the again for tomorrow menu tomorrow and tomorrow my group gets the Appetizer menu (chinese spinach and peanut salad). at 11.30 the restaurant open me and other friends who got tickets for tablemannner soon to the restaurant. we eat the food we made this day and after we finish back again to the kitchen for steawert in because whoever goes to tablemannner he who will become steawert.
And at 13.30 the restaurant close and the menu for soup and the other out to the restaurant as much as 35 with room service after that we immediately general cleaning (GC) and after everything is finish we then take a break and eat the leftover we made today.after my meal back steawert and after that we take a short break and at 17.30 through our oneline and pray and go home.
And this is the result we are preparing for today and the result are like this.
And here is part of our prepare for tomorrow.
