          Meet again on my blog,as usual i will tell you about what i'm

doing today.at 07.45 i arrived at the campus and directly to the back of the kitchen to wait for other friend and supervisor,after that our oneline and equipment are check one by one by the supervisor.after everything in our check and then in the absent and immediately store the goods in the locker and oneline again in the main kitchen to pray.after that we immediately continue to prepare our yesterday.


         After a while we continue to prepare,Chef Dino come and told us the oneline and chef gave us directions or material about what we would make today and tomorrow.after we finish doing and the menu we created today is the rotation menu 2.1 which consists of Chinese Spinach and Peanut Salad (Appetizer), Traditional Egg Drop Soup, Beef Saute Vegetable (Maincorse) and Tang Yuan, Tang Zhong (Dessert) and a menu for the group that i make is Appetaizer.

       At 12.00 through the restaurant open and menu that come out to the restaurant today as many 31 packs and at 13.15 through the restaurant closed and we were direct general cleaning (GC) and after that we took a short break while waiting for another friend to mop the floor.after everything is finish we immediately eat all the rest of the menu that does not come out to restaurant.and at 16.30 through we directly oneline and pray to go home.

And this is our prepare and the results of our menu today.

And for tomorrow we enter the menu Thailand Food is rotation menu 2.2 and my group get the Dessert menu (Khao Neow Ma Muany) and prepare us today only glutinous rice in the soak and tomorrow we prepare all.
