Assalamualaikum and good morning, meet again on my blog,usual i will tell you about what i do today in the kitchen.at 07.30 i arrived at the campus and directly to the back of the kitchen waiting for other friends and at 07:45 us we are oneline and as usual we are absence one by one and our equipment is checked after that all our item are in locker. after that we are oneline and pray. at 08.25 we are give direction or material by supervisor and at 08.52 we continue our prepare and direct doing.
at 09:20 i and Ikky told to get out of campus to get the goods practice.after everything is complete we go back to the kitchen and continue our prepare.after all prepare finish we immediately doing.at 12.00 the restaurant is open and all the menu has been finish and at 13.00 through the restaurant closed and all the menu sold out and the menu that we handle appetizer out to the restaurant as much 29.
after that we took a break and after that at 14.30 we ate all the menu we made today and after the meal we rested again. and after that at 15.50 we went to the general cleaning (GC) and finish at 16.50 and after that we rested again and at 17.30 we were oneline and give directions by Mr. Ical and the supervisor and after that at 18.00 we pray and went home.
