Assalamu'alaikum and good morning meet again on my blog.Today is different from other day because today is day to mid practice.at 07.00 i arrived at campus and went straight to kitchen waiting for my group friend.today my group gets a rotation menu of 1.3 for mid practices consisting of Appetaizer (Sambal Ulang-Ulang and Sambal Kenari), Soup (Soup Kacang Merah), Maincourse (Bebek Menyat-nyat),Dessert (Bika Ambon) and i am entrusted to handle Appetaizer (Sambal Ulang -Ulang and Sambal Kenari).and yesterday we have prepared all the way for the menu we made today.and at 08.30 past chef Dino come and told us oneline and he gave us some direction and material.
And after that we continue again our unfinish prepare yesterday.after that we all finish we just wait for open restaurant and at 11.00 we went to the restaurant to explant menu that we made today to friends mth.after finish explant in the restaurant continue again explant tp office.after that at 12.00 through restaurant open and all menu that come out to restaurant as much 30 packs.
At 13:00 through the restaurant closed and we immediately clean our work area.and after that we then take a break to eat the dishes we made earli.after that we then take a break and at 16.00 we direct GC (general cleaning) and assist by a group that is preparing today for tomorrow he will mid practice and after that i take a break while waiting for other friends who have not finish mopp the kitchen floor.at 17:20 oneline and go home.
