Assalamu'alaikum and good morning as usual to meet again on my blog here i will continue what i did yesterday.at 07.30 i arrived at the campus and waiting for friend and supervisor behind the kitchen.after that everything is complete as usual at 08.00 we are oneline and absence one by one and our equipment check and our item are kept in locker and after that we are oneline again and we are give direction or material by the supervisor and at 08.31 we sharpen our knives again because it orders chef Dino and we sharpened it in turns and at 08.42 we immediately resumed our work yesterday.
At 09.00 we were order oneline again by chef Dino because he wanted to show his collection of knive and give as directions and materials about what we will do tomorrow and tomorrow my group get a soup menu (shrimp bisque).and at 09.13 the material were finis and we immediately resume our work.at 10.30 Brioche we immediately bake and at 12.30 the restaurant open and our menu that came out to the restaurant as much as 35 and at 13.50 restaurant close.
And after that we continue our prepare again for tomorrow which is shrimp bisque and after that at 17.00 by our general cleaning (GC) and finish at 18.20 GC and we a break and at 18.50 we were oneline and pray to go home.
