Assalamu'alaikum and good morning meet again on my blog, as usual i will tell you what i doing today.at 7:45 i arrived at college and went straight to the kitchen and waited for other friends and supervisors.and at 08.00 through our oneline on the terrace kitchen because it was raining and after that as usual we are in a bsenceone by one by our supervisor and equipment check.after entering into the kitchen we kept the goods in the locker and after that i was order by the treasurer (Devira) to buy water gallons and back to the kitchen at 08.50.
After returning from buy my gallon water back in order by Mr.Jaya to go buy less ingredients in the market with William and we return to the kitchen at 10.00 and i resume prep for tomorrow and tomorrow my group gets the appetizers menu and finish at 11.00 after that i help my group mates for the menu today.
And at 12.06 open restaurant and menu for my group who to restaurant as much as 36 packs and at 13.46 restaurant close.after that we continue again prepare for tomorrow and at 1555 we start general cleaning (GC) and finish at 17.30 and after that we took a short break.and at 18.30 we went oneline again and prayed to go home.
and this is the result of our product today (Soup) Shrimp Bisque
and here the result of prepare our group today Appetaizer (Macedoine of VegetableMayonnaise).
and tomorrow we will finishing prepare.
